Power Supply CATV Power Backup Unit
Overview |
The function of the UPS unit for CATV systems is to reduce the voltage of commercial power that it supplies to CATV equipment, and in cases of power outage, to draw DC power from the batteries, convert it to AC and continually supply power.
The available configurations consist of units that supply variously 2 and 4 hours of backup, available in versions suited to capacities of 90VA, 180VA, 330VA, and 900VA, using long-life batteries. |
